In an illustrious career spanning more than 35 years, she rose from a junior lawyer to become Vice President – Legal of RMZ Corp, leading the Legal Team, that provides legal closures to the Revenues (Leasing/Sales) Team on closing client leases for Commercial Offices, Coworking, Retail and Residential Assets of the Organisation.
With her in-depth legal knowledge and experience, superior skill at drafting and interpreting legal documents and her ability to successfully work through deadlock situations and provide win-win workable solutions even in the most complex of transactions, Nisreen has gained immense respect in the real estate fraternity and among her peers, seniors, and stake holders.

• Sale of India’s largest built to suit campus development for Honeywell;
• Legal documentation for over 30 million Sq. Ft. of office space leases, over 500+ residences and 0.4 million Sq. Ft. retail leases, across Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Chennai & Hyderabad, dealing with most of the Fortune 500 companies and their internal and external legal counsel.
